Twenty20 World Cup: South Africa wins toss, elects to bat, score

South Africa won the toss at the semifinal match of Twenty20 ICC World Cup 2014 match on Friday and elected to bat first. India, good in chasing the runs throughout the tournament, was able to restrain South Africa to 74 in the first 11 overs, averaging about 150 runs in the innings.

India, will start batting in an hour now to chase the target set by South Africa. But as the trend shows, India should find it easier to chase a target with its emboldened batsmen in the entire tour.

As of 15 minutes ago, South Africa reached 100 for 12 overs , with a loss of two wickets.
