OPPO launched on Wednesday its all-new Joy 3 priced at Rs 7,990. The OPPO Joy 3 comes with a dual-sim 3G smartphone witha a display of 4.5 inch IPS, powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT6582M quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM.
It has a 5-megapixel camera for rear and a 2 megapixel front-facing camera. It also includes OPPO’s Pure Image 2.0+ core imaging technology along with features such as Beautify Feature, Double Exposure, Audio Photo, GIF and HDR. Its memory can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot, However, it has 4GB onboard storage.
The smartphone runs ColorOS 2.0.1 based on Android 4.4. A 2000mAh battery completes the package.
Speaking at the launch of Joy 3, Tom Lu, CEO of OPPO Mobiles India, said “OPPO Joy 3 is a successor of Joy Plus which combines appearance, fine camera quality at an affordable price.”
He said the device offers endless possibilities to the consumers both in rural and urban India. “Indian market is our top most priority and we want to launch models across categories which combine style, technology and design,” he noted.
Available in white and grey colours, the device will be available via OPPO stores and other retail outlets.
