Indian rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh’s “Lungi Dance” rleased last year for Sharhrukh khan’s “Chennai Express” as a tribute to Tamil actor Rajinikanth is still heard at every function and his latest song from “Desi kalakar” album featuring Sonakshi Sinha has gone viral with 12.6 million visitors so far on Youtube since its release on August 24.
The second song “Love Dose” from the album, released a week ago too has gone equally viral with 4.5 million viewers on YouTube and it features him with Miss Universe India 2012, Urvashi Rautela, bringing forth the movements which were employed by South Korean rapper PSY, whose Gangnam Style evoked similar craze around the world that its sequel too crossed billion in a week.
While the first one surrounds his love interest movie star in the video that ends in a police car chase and his final arrest , the second one with its typical Punjabi flavour is gripping the Delhi and Punjabi belt. The song depicts Honey Singh, stunned by racy Rautela, seeks her hand but she brushes him aside. The rapper begs her hand and even call sher father’s permission to marry her but the song ends in repetition of him following her in vain.
When the Youtube video crossed 3 million, Honey Singh thanked his fans in a tweet: “3 Million Views in less than one week. Love all my fans for their support… Thanks to everyone for their best Wishes and Prayers. Love you all – YoYo”
