Kai Po Che actor Amit Sadh to star in ‘Yaara’

Amit Sadh, who was seen in ‘Kai Po Che’ will be soon hitting cinemas with his upcoming film “Yaara.”  A British television actor of Indian descent, who moved to Bollywood, Amit Sadh is making a steady progress like Katrina Kaif who came into the Bollywood from London.
The movie is directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia. The upcoming movie ‘Yaara’ is a friendship drama. Amit Sadh is playing a role of a gangster for which he had to undergo a rigorous weight training regime to fit into the role of a gangster.
According to a PTI report, Amit, 32, said in the film his character goes through a transition from a young adult to an aged man. “It was a challenging role to play. The character starts from 25 and goes through till he turns 50-year-old. I had to gain and lose weight to don the transition in my role. My director Tigmanshu Dhulia helped me a lot to understand the role. He is a great director and is known for making people act.”amit sadh
Besides Amit Sadh the other co stars are Shruti Haasan and Vidyut Jamwal. After two years of long gap Amit Sadh is back to hit the big screen. Apart from “Yaara”, Amit will be next seen in Shoojit Sircar’s “Runningshaadi.com” opposite Taapsee Pannu.
According to the PTI, Asked if it is a conscious decision to do different roles, Amit said, “I have never planned my career. I feel an artist is much different from a lawyer and accountant, who can calculate their next step. I simply get up every day and thank God for giving me whatever I have in my life,” he said.
The director of the movie Tigmanshu Dhulia is multi talented, who is dialogue writer, director, producer, screenwriter and actor. Bullet Raja, Saheb Biwi aur Gangster, Shagird and Paan Singh Tomar are some movies directed by him. He has also acted in movies like Gangs of Wasseypur Part 1 and 2, Tevar, Shaheb Biwi aur Gangster.
