Reversing the rumors that country singer Blake Shelton might have cheated on his wife and co-singer Miranda Lambert that led to their divorce announcement on Monday, Twitter is abuzz with latest reports that it was the “Little Red Wagon” singer who cheated on her 39-year-old husband, twice.

Shelton, 31, was suspected to have cheated her husband of four years, with country singer Chris Young, reported TMZ, based on unconfirmed but multiple sources and no response came from the couple so far to rumors going wild on social media.

Lambert was friendly with Young and they were spotted several times in the public but Lambert was also seen with another man, added the report, which never gave any scope for raised eyebrows.

TMZ said in its exclusive:”Our sources say the reason Blake filed 2 weeks ago... because he received certain information about Miranda and the other guy that elevated things in Blake’s head from rumor to fact. Although the couple released a statement saying the divorce is amicable, we’re told Blake has been very upset in the last few weeks.”

However, another report in the New York Post said the couple separated as Shelton wanted to have children and go family way that Lambert reportedly declined, leading to their divorce. “He is eager to have children, but she really enjoys not being tied down. I think they both were off on what the time frame would be,” the report quoted a source as saying.

The Page Six report in NY Post said Lambert preferred her career over the children and the couple were hardly spending time together. “They are never together, and he was wanting them to move close to being together. She really loves her career and touring. She has the ability to go and record albums when she wants and to tour,” the source told the post.

The couple, however, did not specify the reason in their statement made public. “This is not the future we envisioned. .. And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter.”

Shelton and Lambert were dating since 2006 and married in 2011. They were seen together at the 49th Annual Academy Of Country Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada in April 2014.
