Eversince Dhoom 3 and PK releases successfully in China, Aamir Khan films have created their own fans base in the most populated country in the world. The belated release of Dangal in China after almost 5 months since worldwide release has still made Rs.40 crore in just two days.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh, who was upbeat since it release in China on Friday, tweeted:”#Dangal opens in China to an OVERWHELMING response… Opens at No 2 at China BO… Fri $ 2.05 million [₹ 13.19 cr].”
On its second day performance, he tweeted the final figure saying, “#Dangal has EXCELLENT growth on Sat in China… Fri $ 2.08 mn, Sat $ 4.17 mn. Total: $ 6.25 million [₹ 40.20 cr].”
Aamir Khan’s latest film ‘Dangal’ released in December created record advance booking as BookMyShow topped the film in its charts and went on to dominate Bollywood charts until Rajamouli’s epic film “Bahubali 2” smashed all its records since April 28.
All Aamir Khan films #TaareZameenPar, #Ghajini, #3Idiots, #Dhoom3, #PK and now, #Dangal have topped box office collections and his success ratio during Christmas remains 100%, said Taran Adarsh.
Aamir Khan is currently busy with his next project in Yash Raj’s “Thugs Of Hindostan” with Amitabh Bachchan.
