The young Bollywood stars seem to be making rapid decision of moving out of family homes and staying alone in their own houses. In the recent past Alia made news walking out of her parents’ home and now it’s another Ranveer Singh, who is stepping out from his parents home.
Ranveer Singh shifted from Bandra to an apartment in Goregoan so that he can stay close to the Film City where he is shooting for his upcoming movie ‘Bajirao Mastani’.
Reportedly, Ranveer shoots for almost 12 hours a day. The actor has to pack in four hours of physiotherapy to strengthen his injured shoulder when he fell down from a horse during a shooting in Jaipur. The actor underwent a surgery on April 14. Even during the regular physiotherapy after the surgery, he reported for work despite intense pain, reports said.
According to TOI, a source close to the actor said, “But he will have to start shooting them now, wearing cumbersome costumes, since Bajirao was a noted general and they are integral to the plot.”
“The therapist comes home but with the onset of the monsoons and daily traffic jams, he realised that commuting to and fro work would not only be an ordeal but time-consuming too. That is why he has bought this new apartment,” adds the source.
“This move will help him stay in character. He has shaved off his hair for the role and consciously stayed in semi-isolation, away from cell phones, before the film went on the floors. Now he needs all the spare time that he can manage to heal and concentrate on the part. It’s a practical decision,” asserts the source.
TOI quoted Ranveer Singh who confirmed the news saying, “Yes, I have bought a place which is just minutes away from the Bajirao Mastani set so that I can maximise productivity.”
“Bajirao Mastani,” is a love story directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The story is about Bajirao who served as Peshwa to Chhatrapati Shahu Raje Bhonsale. He fought about 41 major battles and never lost one. He is an outstanding Cavalry for which Ranveer is trying to give his best despite his shoulder injury and also ensures that he doesn’t miss a single physiotherapy session.
