Navratri 2015: Bollywood Gears-up for Navratri Celebrations

Devotees celebrate Navratri to honour Goddess Durga and her nine forms, which are Sailaputri, Brahmacharini, Chandraghanta, Kushmanda, Skanda Mata, Katyayani, Kalaratri, Maha Gowri and Siddhidayini.

These nine forms of Goddess Durga are said to symbolise creative energy and the feminine body with each form of the goddess has its own day dedicated to it.

However, like every year, Bollywood is always indulged in celebrating the auspicious occasion with full enthusiasm. Many celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan, Sophie Choudry and Madhur Bhandarkar wished their fans via micro-blogging site twitter.
