The movie ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ is quite close to the collection of Aanand L. Rai’s hilarious comedy ‘Tanu Weds Manu Returns,’ starring Kangana Ranaut and R. Madhavan, which earned Rs.21.85 crore in two days of its release and entered the 100-crore club within a week.

The movie had a huge star cast with Anil Kapoor, Shefali Shah, Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh, and Anushka Sharma. Farhan Akhtar appears in a special appearance, and Pluto’s voice was dubbed by Amir Khan.
The movie is about the dysfunctional Punjab family who invites close friends for the Mehra’s 30th marriage anniversary party arranged on the cruise and then takes on a different drama when things get messed up.
